In connection with the analysis of Comperative work, you will quickly discover that the same non-female-dominated work is compared with several different female-dominated work. This is because the non-female-dominated work has a higher salary than the female-dominated, even though it is valued equally or lower.

In order to easily obtain a list of which non-female-dominated work need to be analyzed in connection with the analysis of Comperative works, we recommend that you remove the report compilation from the system and then, in excel, create a list.

Do this:

  1. Go to the report tab

  2. Open the compilation and go to the magazine Analyse, Comperative works

  3. Copy column B (comparison works) and add a new sheet

  4. Paste the list of comparison works and then click on delete duplicates (the function for this can be found under the heading data)

  5. Add three columns, one for M, one for I, one for A.

The list you now have in front of you shows the non-female-dominated work that have a higher salary than at least one female-dominated work that is equal or higher valued.
