For those who want to log in as an employee in the new view, here are some tips on how to navigate the system.

Everything written in the system by you and your manager will be visible to both parties. This includes new, ongoing, and completed processes.

Start View:

When you log in, you will get an overview of the processes that your organization or your manager has prepared.

Your Role Assignment:

Once you've entered the system, you need to ensure that you have the correct role. Within the system, you can have both a manager role and an employee role.

When you're about to answer your call or your self-assessment, you need to be in your employee role. Therefore, verify this when logging into the system.

You can find your role associations in the bottom left corner, click on your initials. In this function, you will also find where you log out of the system and option to change language under "My account" and the icon where you can come in contact with us.

Tasks and Notes:

At the top of the start view, you will find information related to your employment. Your manager has the ability to add job descriptions for your position so that both of you have access to it.

If your manager wants to add free-form notes, there is a field for that as well. Only your manager can add and/or edit these notes, and they are locked for you to edit.

By hovering over the icon that looks like an eye, you can also see who has access to your notes.

Discussions:

Here, you will also find your prepared conversations. To learn how to prepare your questions for your scheduled meeting click on the button below.

This means you can revisit completed and archived conversations. Additionally, you have the opportunity to follow up on targets you and your manager set throughout the year.

Targets:

Here you can create and see all your targets that you or your manager have set throughout the year for you and when the target is set to be done.

Salary Criteria:

At the bottom of the view, you can respond to the self-assessment, which will serve as the basis for the salary conversation.
