To be able to answer the one to one meeting in the new view, you as an employee need to have received user information for the system. You get these from your local administrator.

You will receive an email from your manager with a link to the questions before the one to one meeting. Go through that link to get directly to the questions. Remember you need to log in to access the questions.

Login:

  • Log in to the system

Start view:

When logging in, you will come to this view - Here you will find everything regarding your employee role.

In the overview view, you can prepare both one to one meetings and/or material for self-assessment in the salary review.

Answer and prepare discussion:

Your manager has prepared and sent out documentation to answer before the one to one meeting/discussion.

  • Click on the prepared meeting under the heading "Discussion". Click directly on the name of the one to one meeting.

  • You will then come to a view with questions to be answered. Your manager has filled in information about the one to one meeting that is included in the invitation. You can then choose to fill in your answers and send them to the manager when you feel ready.

  • Your responses are automatically saved as you type in your box. You will see a green line under the box when the response is saved.

If the response is not saved due to, for example, a poor connection or similar issues, you will receive a warning.

  • Once you have answered the questions, you choose to send your answers to your manager. He will then have access to your answers before the one to one meeting for best preparation. You will find this function at the top of the box for the questions. There you will also be able to follow the status of the meeting, both before and after the agreed meeting for the one to one meeting.

If you have not chosen to show your answers to your manager before the last response day, the manager can choose to show your answers.

During the discussion:

When the one to one meeting is completed, your manager has access to your answers / notes and its own. Together you can save common notes directly in the system.

You also have the opportunity to set targets in the system. (Some have previously called it an action plan, but in Sysarb we have called it targets).

After the discussion:

When the one to one meeting is completed, the manager will send out the notes and documentation from the one to one meeting to you for approval.

You then have the opportunity to read through the one to one meeting and then send for approval. Should there be something you want to change, you can add a comment at the same field and send it to the manager, it will then create a "chat" directly in the system.

If everything looks good, check "Approve the conversation" and choose to send the answer to the manager.

Then the one to one meeting is archived and you and your manager are ready!
