Sysarb automatically calculates the weight for each factor, it is presented as a percentage of the whole. The weight is calculated on the possible maximum points of the factor divided by the possible maximum points of the factor plan.

The default is that Sysarb's factor plan has a maximum score of 500 points. For example, "02 Requirements for work-related experience" often has a maximum score of 25 points. 25 divided by 500 is 0.05, which gives "02 Requirements for work-related experience" a weight of 5%. "02 Requirements for work-related experience" has five levels in the standard version. If you change the fifth level score to 50, you have doubled the weight of the factor, to 10%.

Thus, only the highest level of the factor determines the weight of the factor. The weight of the other levels does not affect the weight of the factor.

We recommend five levels of a factor in our standard design, an increase in the number of levels does not automatically increase the weight of the factor. Thus, it is only the maximum score on the factor that affects the weight of the factor.

Keep in mind that the factor weight only indicates the organization's weight for the various factors, it is not possible to calculate the points of the individual work by dividing the total points for the work by the weight of the factor plan.
