As an administrator in Sysarb, you can set different password requirements for your organisation that everyone must follow when logging in to Sysarb.

You can find these settings by clicking on the icon at the bottom left corner of the page --> Click on "Settings" --> Click on "Security

Here you can set requirements for what a password in your organization needs to look like.

You can set requirements for:

  • Minimum number of characters

  • Lower and/or upper case letters

  • Numbers

  • Special characters such as !@#

  • A warning that alerts if the password seems too easy to guess.

You can also block users from using the same password again that they have already used before.

You can also check a box to force all users to change their passwords after a certain number of days.

The last setting in this view is that you can enable BankID login for your employees from Sweden and set it as the default login for them.
