If you encounter problems with the system, one of the questions you will receive is "What does it say in the console?" If you are using Google Chrome, you can follow the guide below to provide us with all the information we need to solve your problem in the best possible way!

Start by right-clicking on the browser, which will bring up the box shown in the image below. Click on "Inspect".

After you click on "Inspect", this box will appear. Make sure you are on the "Console" tab, as shown below. When you are in the console tab, right-click on the box and click "Save as...".

Another thing that is good to check so that you can get the best possible help is to check your network. You can do this by clicking on the two arrows pointing to the right (located at the same level as the console tab). After you click on the arrows, you can click on "Network", just like in the image below.

When you click on "Network", a line will appear below with a symbol for downloading the information.
