How do I manage or follow up a discussion as an administrator?

This article will show you how you can manage and follow status on a discussion as an admin.

Click on Discussion in the meny.

Open the active discussion.

When you go to a discussion you want to manage/follow up on you first get to the overview tab.

Here you can see:

  • Invitations sent - This is how many of the employees has got an invitation sent to their email.

  • Questionaries filled - This is how many employees have answered the questions at the first step.

  • This is how many discussions are ongoing.

  • Finished - This is how many discussions between a manager and employees that

    is finished and archived.

From here you can also:

  • Add new units

  • Send a reminder to some units

  • Delete units from the discussion

You can also see the status for all the units included in the discussion and if you click on a manager you can follow the status on all the individual employees and send reminders to them.

You can also click on the "Questionnaire" tab to preview and edit the questions.

Back on the overview you also have the options to:

  • Mark the discussion as done.

  • Unpublish the discussion

  • Edit the name of the discussion

  • Change the end date of the discussion or delete it if you click on the three dots beside the name of the discussion.

To archive a conversation, click on the "Archive" button. If you accidentally archived a discussion that is not finished, you can restore the discussion again by clicking on the three dots next to the name and then restore.

To unpublish a published discussion, click on the "Unpublish" button.

To change the name of the conversation, click on the name of your conversation and you can change it directly in the box.

To change the date of your conversation, go to the conversation settings which you can find via the three dots next to the name of your conversation.

To delete a conversation, click on the three dots next to the name of the conversation and then select "delete conversation.
