If you have added new employees to the system after starting a discussion round, you can follow this guide to add them:

  1. Go to "Discussion" in the system and select the discussion round you want to add the employee to.

  2. You will receive information that an employee has been added to the system but is not included in the discussion round.

  3. Click on "Review"

4. Here, you can choose from a list which employee(s) you want to add to the conversation. Select the person(s) and click "Add."

Delete:

  1. Go to "Discussion" in the system and select the discussion round you want to add the employee to.

  2. Select the employee.

  3. Delete!
