In this guide, we go through how a department head role works, and how he or she can click through the system.

In the system, you have the opportunity to use the department head role to set new salaries and to make salary reviews. This enables the senior manager to have access to reviews, as well as set new salaries for employees belonging to a certain branch in the organizational tree.

Overview:

Select the salary review you as section manager wants to work with. You will receive short key figures for the salary increase given in the current salary review. You can switch between total salary increase and average salary increase.

Equality Timer:

Salary review:

Here you can set a salary or review the new salaries for the part of the organization you have access to.

Adapt your view to how you want to work, for help you have both filtering and grouping options based on fixed options.

You have access to the space that your entire group has been allocated; if you hover the mouse pointer over left to allocate, you will also see total budget as well as the allocated space.

Enter, or change, the salary for the employment via the editable field. If you want to mark the new salary as ready, you can check the box on the far left. Then your organization's administrators will see that the salary is ready and approved.

You can also select to mark all salaries as finished.
