This is a feature set by your local administrator. If you do not have access to this view, it is because your organization has opted out of the feature.

When the new salaries is complete, you can use the system to send out the employee's new salary directly to them. Follow this guide to see how to proceed!

When can I send out a new salary?

When you have completed the salary setting for one or more employees and they are done marked, you can send out the new salary.

You can either mark individual employees as done or all of them when you are completely ready.

Click on "Send out new salaries"

There you will be able to make a selection for who you send out to, and what the email that is sent should contain.

Choose who will be in the mailing. Then you can formulate a title and message that will be included to employees by email.

What does it look like for the employee?

When the information is sent, employees will find their new salary on their own page in the system.

To think of:

If you as a manager tick the "done" mark in the salary setting view after the information has been sent to the employee, the new salary will disappear from the employee's view.

When a new salary is set again, you need to "send out a new salary" for it to be visible to the employee.
