In this guide, we go through how you as a manager carry out a performance review of your employees. By reviewing your employees based on the set criteria that the organization has prepared, you easily create support for further salary review or one to one meetings with your employee.

Choose an employee

Select the employee you want to review performance in the list on the left

Review your employee

Your organization has prepared a dossier with criteria for reviews. Select the review level for each criterion.

To see a description of each criterion and its levels, click on "Assessment help".

A menu with description will then appear on the right.

Click on each assessment of each criterion for a description of criteria, as well as support text regarding the review levels.

Finished

When you have finished your review, click on "Mark as done".

Once you have marked your review as done, you mark for your employee that you are ready. When your employee has finished their self-review, you will both see each other's review basis.
