This guide outlines the process for you as a manager when conducting assessments, salary discussions, and determining the salaries of your employees. Guides on how to work technically within the system can easily be found in our other guides.

When it's time for salary review, Sysarb is here to support and facilitate the process, making it easy for you to set things right. All supporting material is managed by your local administrators. They have prepared the assessment criteria, labor unions, and salary budget, which are already incorporated into the system.

Performance reviews

You will be able to review your employees' performance based on set salary criteria, with the same criteria your employees have the opportunity to review themselves. When you log in to the system, everything is prepared for you, very smoothly. When you have completed an review of an employee's presentation, that basis will be used for the new salary as support and basis.

Salary discussions

After the assessment is completed, there is an opportunity to conduct a salary discussion together with your employee. All the necessary materials for the discussion are prepared in the system for you to utilize. The notes from the salary discussion are saved in the system for future reference and work.

Salary review

Next, you proceed to the salary review phase, which is a separate view for you as a manager. In this view, you can easily set the salaries of your employees, similar to using Excel. You have the performance assessment conducted earlier as support, which includes the overall evaluation of the employee based on the criteria. In this view, you can choose how the layout should be organized or filtered based on information such as labor unions or job titles.

Done

Once the salary determination is completed, your work is finished. The administrators take over and can access the system to review the allocation of the salary budget. It's important to note that administrators have the authority to make changes to the salaries that have already been set.

Guides and support

After completing the annual salary review, your work for the year is done. We at the customer center have prepared guides and support materials to ensure that you feel confident using the system. If you have attended one of our webinars but need a refresher, you can refer to our guides directly within the system.

We are also available via phone, email, or chat directly within the system. That's where you can find our library of guides as well.
