In most cases, it is your local administrator who is responsible for creating / designing One to Ones. However, this is something you as a manager also have the opportunity to do.
Follow these steps to create a new One to One:
1. Click on "New performance review" in the discussion box.
You will now see this view:
2. Add Discussion name, the employments that the discussion should concern and last response date.
3. Add questions either via template or one question at a time on "Add question".
4. When you are done it's time to send out discussion invitation. To do this, click on send discussion invitation.
