Before adding a union membership to one or more employees, it is good to check if that union exists in the system. To read more about it, you can click on the button below.

After reviewing the unions you will use in the system, you can go to the salary setting you are working with via the menu to the left and then choose you active salary setting.

Now there are two ways to add union membership to one or more employees.

If you want to add it to only one employee, you can click on the person and then choose the union in the drop-down list.

If you want to add union membership to several employees, you can do so through the settings. You can access the settings via the three dots next to the name of your salary setting.

In the settings, there is a tab called "Unions".

There you can download a template, upload and import the data for union membership. You can also remove all union data when you are done with the salary setting.

Start by downloading the template. The template contains two columns, one for ID number and one for trade union. The ID number is the number you have chosen for your employees in the salary file import (either ID number or personal identity number). The union should be one of the unions you have in the system, if you add something that does not exist in the system, it will not be added.

When you have filled in the template with all the data, you should save it in CSV (UTF-8). When the file is in CSV, you can either drag it into the blue dashed box or click on the box and choose your file.

When the file is loaded, the box will turn green and the "Import union" button will be clickable.

Now you have imported union membership. When your salary setting is done, you should click on the "Delete" button to clear all trade union data.
