To create a new employee in Sysarb, head to the icon for employee management and click the blue button "New employee"
Step 1 - Person
Here you type in the data for the person you are going to add.
Identification number - Can be a social security number or another unique ID
First name
Last name
Date of Birth
Gender
Step 2 - Employment
Here you type in the data regarding the persons employment.
Position
Date of employment
Statistical code
Organization - Where in the organizations tree the employment is gonna go.
Salary type
Salary
You can also click down on "More info" and att more details if you want to.
Step 3 - User
If the person is not going to be able to log into Sysarb you skip this step.
If the person is going to be able to log in you fill in the details here and create a user.
Step 4 - Summary
Here you check that the information you have filled in is correct and then you click the green button "Create person"
